Ingredients:

2 cups of water OR 1 cup of Almond milk

2 handfuls of Spinach

1 cup of mango chunks

1 banana

1 cup of pineapple chunks

1 scoop of protein powder

2 tablespoons of flaxseeds

1 cup of ice
