Got Water?
Ever challenged yourself to a "Water Challenge"? It's quite easy!😉 Get yourself a gallon container. And on the container write (with a permanent marker) for every 2 hours, encouraging and complimentary things about you-- and fill it with water!! So simple! :)
If you're not a "water drinking" person, try adding lemon, cucumbers, or strawberries to infuse to your liking! After a week--- drinking water will be a breeze and you'll be good to go! Remember, water is essential for the hair, skin, and body! Stay Happy & Healthy!
