Meatless Monday
Are you a meat lover? Is there a time during the week that you do not cook meat with any of your meals? And who said that meat always had to be on our plate each day? Well it doesn't!
I strongly believe if meat is alleviated from our meal for one or two days out of the week, it would really do the body good! Here goes a few great meals that one can quickly put together and enjoy!
